We — osteopathic practitioner Sam Gibbs, medical doctor Elliot Jacobson, and chiropractor Daniel Demian — founded Venn Med in 2021, fuelled by our shared passion for synergistic, collaborative healthcare.
We’re dedicated to combining the strengths and expertise of our practitioners to tackle the kinds of complex cases that too often “fall through the cracks” of the mainstream medical system.
Patients with layered, complex health issues are challenging for a single practitioner to manage on their own. They require careful management from specialized practitioners and coordinated care between them.
At Venn Med, we understand that this kind of care takes time: time to talk, time to listen, time to problem-solve, time to follow through, follow up and troubleshoot.
