Dr. Stacy Cootauco

ND, DOMP, Naturopathic Doctor & Osteopathic Manual Practitioner

Dr. Cootauco’s approach integrates two complementary systems of care that work synergistically to restore health. Naturopathy addresses functional concerns such as metabolism, immune, and hormonal balance, while osteopathy focuses on structural issues involving the bones, joints, muscles, organs, and fascia.

Dr. Cootauco studied neurophysiology at the University of Toronto, followed by four years of naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and a five-year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy—making her one of only three practitioners in Canada with this unique combination of designations. She is also certified in The Perrin Technique®, an osteopathic manual therapy developed to support lymphatic drainage and autonomic regulation in patients with ME/CFS and Long Covid.

She completed her post-graduate training in clinical application of Functional Medicine and genomics through the Institute for Functional Medicine, where she honed her patient-centered, science-based approach to care.

She understands each patient’s unique health history and is committed to helping people with complex, chronic conditions where conventional treatment may be limited, including:

We are only beginning to understand how the brain interacts with the body. Stacy is involved in research, technology, consulting, and continued learning in these fields. Her goal is to bring awareness and restore hope to people suffering with no answers.
