Sadie Hamilton
BSc. Kin, R.Kin

Sadie is a Registered Kinesiologist with a passion for both mental and physical health. She is a graduate of Queen’s University, where she worked as a Student Athletic Therapist, supporting varsity athletes with on-field care and active rehabilitation.
Sadie is currently pursuing her graduate D.O.M.P. at the Ontario Academy of Progressive Osteopathy, deepening her understanding of the human body and its interconnections. This course of study has informed her practice as a Kinesiologist, where she recognizes that no two bodies move or respond the same way and prioritizes individualized care over a formulaic protocol.
By combining manual therapy with personalized exercise prescriptions, Sadie works to address imbalances, improve structural adaptability, and enhance overall function. She is committed to lifelong learning and values collaborative, holistic care. Through her work she hopes to inspire a more compassionate relationship with the body and contribute to making health and wellness more accessible to all.
