Dr. Margaliot completed medical school in 1998, a residency in neurology in 2003 and a fellowship in neuromuscular disorders in 2004. After many years in practice looking after many individuals with chronic illnesses, she saw the need for a different paradigm of care. With the goal of addressing root causes of disease and treating patients from a more holistic, ideally preventative approach, she did further training in sleep medicine and functional medicine. She recognizes that health is a biopsychospiritual state and works with her patients to reach it.
