Alicia Winch
BSc Kin, R.Kin, Functional Neurological Rehabilitation
Alicia graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. During her time at Brock, she discovered her passion for rehabilitation after volunteering with the neuro population including those with Spinal Cord Injuries, Multiple Sclerosis and Amputees. She went on to become a Registered Kinesiologist and has spent the last several years working with Traumatic Brain Injuries and concussions as a Vision Therapist treating neurovisual dysfunctions. She is a Certified PoNS Trainer, with a background in balance and gait training and works as a Fascial Stretch Therapist.
Seeing patients overcome the challenges they are faced with throughout their recovery continues to amaze and inspire her. She loves motivating her patients to reach their goals and is excited to help them get back to doing the things that make them happy and improving overall quality of life.
